2. What data do we collect? When you register and use Saunatime, we store the following:
- Mandatory data: Email address (for login and communication), Username.
- Optional data: Profile picture, "About me" text, favorite sauna, link to website.
- Technical data: IP address and cookies to keep you logged in and improve site function.
3. Why do we process your data? We process your data for the following purposes:
- To provide the service (enable logging in, booking, and editing saunas).
- To display your public profile to other visitors.
- To send booking confirmations and system messages.
- For marketing: To send newsletters and information about Saunatime to your email address.

- Have your data deleted ("right to be forgotten"). Contact us and we will remove your account and personal data.
- Right to object to direct marketing: You have the right to opt-out of our newsletters and marketing emails at any time. This is easiest via the "Unsubscribe" link at the end of each email.
